New Year’s Resolutions can start in October

There are thousands of items on display at the grocery store.   Learn to decipher between the good, the bad, and the ugly. Meghann Whetstone, RD, registered dietitian and whole foods guru at the Center for Integrative Medicine, will be hosting a grocery store tour to help start your holiday season off right.

Meghann will be guiding participants of the tour on shopping tips including:

•     Understanding ingredient lists and food labels
•     Shopping on a budget
•     How to determine if produce is ripe

Cost of the tour is $20 per person or $35 per couple.
